Experience behind the work

Junaid Cheema brings more than two decades of leadership and transformation experience across taxation, health, statistics, parliamentary services and education. His responsibilities have included national programs, large geographically dispersed teams, enterprise systems and organisational capability development.

Alongside his professional career, he has contributed through community leadership, advocacy and voluntary management consultancy. This has included support for foster-care agencies, women’s advocacy groups and philanthropic initiatives, reflecting a passion for equal opportunity, social justice and human welfare.

His independent work has included institutional strategy, investment planning, governance and board–executive alignment, alongside coaching senior leaders. Together, these professional, community and independent experiences inform these services: understanding complexity, supporting leadership, connecting people and carrying work through to delivery.
